Privacy & Website Data Practices
Updated October 24, 2026. This notice describes the verified website practices and identifies matters still requiring review.
Who to contact
AIBCS — AI Business Consulting & Solutions, based in El Paso, Texas — operates this website. Contact inquiries@aibcs.net or (915) 201-2890 about website information, accessibility or a privacy question.
Inquiry information and purposes
The inquiry form collects your name, email and message; business name, telephone, interest and current systems are optional. A selected automation plan, package or promotion may accompany the request. AIBCS stores the request for owner review, scoping and follow-up and sends an inquiry notification. Submitting does not enroll you in marketing, SMS, an AI conversation or recurring billing. Do not submit passwords, financial account details or sensitive client records.
HighLevel inquiry and consultation forms
AIBCS Marketing uses HighLevel to store inquiry and consultation-booking details and manage follow-up. Inquiry forms collect your name, email address and optional phone number. Consultation bookings also require your phone number so an AIBCS Marketing representative can call you at the scheduled time, and may include notes you provide. Submitting either form does not subscribe you to promotional emails or text messages. For privacy questions or requests, contact inquiries@aibcs.net.
Browser storage and measurement
Automation selections, separate-scope choices and plan settings use local or session browser storage so the plan can persist. The form does not save your contact answers in browser storage or add them to page URLs. Locally stored plan information can be removed through your browser settings. Optional Google Analytics 4 measures approved public page views, limited traffic-source information and interactions such as product interest, telephone clicks and server-accepted inquiries. Analytics starts automatically for visitors reliably identified by hosting-provider country metadata as being in the United States, unless they previously disabled it or their browser sends a privacy preference. In other locations, including the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and when location cannot be established, it stays off until you choose Allow analytics. Use the footer Analytics preferences link to disable or re-enable it. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking; it does not delete previously collected data. Your choice is stored in this browser. Analytics may use first-party cookies and Google may process browser, device and network information when analytics is enabled. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. The integration does not send inquiry names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, payment details or full URL query strings to Google. Inquiry-button clicks are distinct from accepted submissions. Analytics report receipt and account-level settings still require verification in the owner’s Google property. See Google’s privacy information.
Infrastructure and service providers
The website uses Cloudflare-hosted Worker processing, database storage and media storage through Sites. Inquiry notifications use Resend. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication and is restricted to the configured owner. Authorized billing uses Stripe. These services receive the information needed for their functions; selecting a plan is not a payment. AIBCS does not need a full payment-card number in an inquiry.
Billing and business records
Scoped offers, agreements, acceptance records, implementation progress, approvals and payment-related status may be retained in the protected Owner Console. Stripe handles payment details in authorized billing flows. Billing is subject to the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms and the accepted agreement. The five client go-live gates remain required.
Media and external links
Owner-published resources may contain uploaded media or optional YouTube embeds. YouTube players load after visitor activation and use the privacy-enhanced domain; playing sends a request to that provider. External links open services with their own data practices. Avoid publishing identifiable client material without permission.
Operational safeguards
Inquiry handling validates inputs and origin, uses duplicate protection, limits request sizes and rate-limits by a salted IP-derived identifier. Private routes require owner authorization. Website infrastructure may process network and operational metadata for delivery and abuse prevention. These controls are not a security certification or a guarantee that every risk has been eliminated.
Retention and requests
Inquiry, agreement, financial and content history are stored durably. This website release does not introduce an automatic deletion schedule or a new retention promise. Contact AIBCS to discuss access, correction or deletion of submitted information; the response must account for record identity, existing commitments and applicable obligations. The applicability of specific statutory rights, retention periods, cross-border processing terms and processor agreements requires owner or professional review; no unverified entitlement or deadline is promised here.
Notice scope and updates
This notice describes practices verified in the application and configuration as of October 12, 2026. Changes to data use, analytics, messaging or providers require a corresponding notice review. Product-specific engagements may require additional agreed data-handling terms. This notice does not expand permission to use client information.
Manage analytics preferences
Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. You can also remove browser storage through your browser settings. A saved refusal remains in effect until you change it.
